Karri McCarthy launched her aviation journey in 2006 with a Part 135/91 operator in Burbank, California. From Administrative Assistant to Charter Sales and Marketing & Events, her multifaceted career gave her a deep understanding of the business aviation ecosystem. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2019, she continued her path in sales and operations before joining Flight Crew International (FCI) in November 2021.
Today, Karri is a vital member of FCI’s Scheduling & Dispatch team, specializing in Part 91 operations. But her real specialty? Keeping clients mission ready at all times.
At FCI, Karri and her team operate around the clock to crew flights—sometimes with as little as four hours’ notice. Backed by a global database of pre-vetted, pre-screened pilots across all aircraft types, Karri matches each crew to the unique needs of the mission, local to the aircraft, and preferences of the principal.
To ensure seamless coordination, FCI consolidates every client’s specific requirements, preferred crew, and operational nuances into one centralized CRM. This allows Karri to act fast and flawlessly—even when plans change at the last minute.
“We deal with different situations and challenges every day, and it’s all about staying on top of things and solving problems,” Karri shares. “I make sure my clients—as well as our crews—are always taken care of from the start of the trip, while on the road, and after the trip is complete.”
