This October marks a remarkable milestone for Paragon Aviation Group® — the 10th anniversary of our Fly for a Cure campaign. For a decade, FBOs, pilots, and aviation professionals across the Paragon Network have joined forces in a united mission: to raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer.
10 years. Thousands of miles. One mission. What began as a simple idea to bring the aviation community together in support of a meaningful cause has grown into a decade-long tradition that spans countless cities, airports, and crews. Over the years, Fly for a Cure has inspired acts of creativity, heartfelt gestures of remembrance, and a powerful sense of unity.
From team members wearing pink ribbons on the ramp, to entire hangars decorated in pink lights, to tarmac line-ups of aircraft proudly displaying campaign banners — each contribution has told a story. Many have honored loved ones, friends, and colleagues touched by breast cancer, while others have used the campaign to spark important conversations and raise awareness in their communities.
This year, we’re not just keeping the tradition alive — we’re taking it to new heights. To celebrate this 10-year milestone, we’re inviting every FBO in the Paragon Network to join in the mission, get creative, and share their stories.
Here’s how you can participate:
- Wear Pink: Show your support by wearing pink attire, ribbons, or our special edition commemorative t-shirts.
- Get Creative: Whether it’s a themed lobby display, pink lighting, or a fun ramp photo, make it memorable and Download the sign
- Share Your Photo on Our Website: Upload your team photo directly to our campaign page so we can showcase your participation in our official recap and press release.

For ten years, this campaign has been a reminder that even in a fast-paced, high-flying industry, we can pause to stand together for something bigger than ourselves.
Together, across thousands of miles, we share one mission: to inspire hope, raise awareness, and honor the fight against breast cancer.
